Our creative event managers at both our Hilton Garden Inn locations are fantastic at tailoring your entire day to fit your every need and that includes your ceremony too!  If you are planning a large party, we can host the ceremony and reception all in the same banquet room.  Or if you are looking at having a more intimate gathering, we can host the ceremony and reception in two separate banquet rooms.  At both Hilton Garden Inn locations, we have access to staging, arches, pillars and whatever other accents make your ceremony come to life.

The benefits of having your wedding day all inclusive:

Eliminates the stress of working with multiple locations.  It’s a full time job planning a wedding.  Working with multiple locations means different deadlines, different rules and other details to remember.

Putting together invitations are a breeze!  You won’t need to include a different insert for ceremony, reception or hotel accommodations because it will all be at the same location.

Easy travel and convenience for your guests.  This is especially true for out-of-town guests.  Rather than hoping GPS will direct them to the right locations, your guests can check in to their hotel room, get ready and just pop down the elevator to the ceremony and reception.

Save money.  Hosting your entire wedding at one location eliminates extra expense.  Your photographer does not need to travel from place to place.  They can capture photos straight from the ceremony to reception.  Check with your DJ about running sound for your ceremony and reception.  You can use the same decorations for both the ceremony and reception.
