Together they have created something special in Downtown Sioux Falls, and they have a team of caring culinary professionals, managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, expos, bussers, and dishwashers. After opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, they started our catering company in 2021, then Brix Wine Bar in 2022, Maribella Ristorante in 2022, and Trio Jazz Club in 2024. At their restaurants they say, “Enter as friends, leave as family.” When they cater your wedding, they bring that same sentiment with them to your venue.
