Wedding Tips on Picture, Do’s and Don’ts and Disposable Cameras
Sioux Falls Wedding DJ | Jason Yoshino from Energy Productions covers some wedding planning ideas for your wedding celebration over the next couple of weeks on the Sioux Empire Wedding Network. This week’s post is about Picture, Do’s and Don’ts and Disposable Cameras.
Just a couple of quick wedding tips with pictures. You definitely want to try and have as many of your pictures done before the actual wedding ceremony. You want your pictures at their best, so why not take them when your whole wedding party and family are looking fresh and like a million bucks! If you wait to take some of the pictures later, kids get restless and sometimes will pick up a few stains. If you take any after the wedding ceremony, keep this in mind. The longer your guests have to wait for your arrival at the reception, they might get bored and lose interest and leave your wedding celebration earlier than expected.
Another great tip, have your wedding photographer speak with your DJ prior to your wedding day to see if there are particular activities that the DJ does that will make for great pictures to capture. You might have to pay a little extra for your photographer to stay a bit later in the evening to capture some of the traditional activities like the Garter, Dollar Dance and Bouquet Toss. Don’t try and cram all the memorable moments in the first hour just to save a few dollars. Plan them accordingly to create memories throughout the wedding celebration to keep everyone excited and having fun!
Disposable cameras….don’t do it. We’ve all seen it over and over, kids pick up the cameras and take pictures of their shoes, smashed food, the floor, we could go on and on. If you absolutely have to have the disposable cameras, try to put them in a place where adults can pick them up and use them the right way. Remember, your paying the bill to have them developed when the celebration is over.
